At Day Zero Properties, we decided to take real estate back to the basics, back to day zero. Our strategy is to find properties with tenants we like and believe in. We then reach out to the local communities to see how those tenants impact them. Tenants that we and the community believe in, is what attracts us and it is who we want to work with.
